About me

If you decide to become an artist you have to walk a hard and sorrowful way, full of disappointments and self-doubt whose "goal" is often unknown to you and in most cases can never be reached ... But you have the wonderful certainty that there will never again be a single boring day in your life! I am Stefan ("Stoff" for my friends). I was born in 1974 somewhere in southern Germany. Reading, travelling and meeting interesting people are my hobbies. I love the music and the literature of the 19th century. My main source of inspiration is nature. Besides painting pictures I write books for children and adolescents.  In case you have any further questions or if you are interested in buying a picture, feel free to send me an e-mail. All my paintings will be shipped with a certificate of authenticity.
